Preserving your privacy is a priority at Butler Wick

This notice applies to all of the Affiliate companies and businesses within the Butler Wick Corp. family. This notice refers separately to Butler Wick Corp. and each of the Affiliate companies and businesses by using the terms "us","we", or "our".

This notice describes our privacy policy and what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it. We carefully manage information among our Affiliate companies to give you, our customer, better service, more convenience, and to offer benefits based on your overall business with us. Each member of the Butler Wick Corp. family of companies and businesses (an "Affiliate") strongly believes in protecting the confidentiality and security of information we collect about you. This policy supersedes all previous notices or statements with respect to subject matters described in this policy.

Our associates are bound by a code of ethics requiring confidential treatment of customer information and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code.

What information we collect

We collect nonpublic personal "information" about you including, but not limited to, financial information in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. Sources and types of information that we collect or retain may include the following:

• Applications and other forms that you provide to us (information such as name, address, telephone number, social security number, e-mail address, income, net worth, debts, assets, policies, investment objectives, and accounts with others);
• Companies within the Butler Wick Corp. family of companies may
exchange information regarding transactions you've conducted (such as your account balance, payment history, and debit card usage);
• Other companies affiliated with Butler Wick Corp. may from time to
time provide us with information in order to provide financial services to their customers.
• Nonaffiliated companies may from time to time provide us with
information on transactions you have conducted with them (information such as your account balances, payment history, and credit card usage);
• Credit reporting agencies and demographic data companies (information such as your driving record, medical claims, creditworthiness, credit history, and demographic information);
• Outside companies who assist us in the origination and marketing of our products and services (such as brokers, dealers, mutual fund companies, public relations firms, and education institutions);
• Public sources such as federal, state or local records;
• You and others may be asked to provide information relating to your employment, hobbies, finances, credit and other personal characteristics.

Why we collect information

We collect information about you to:
• Identify you accurately;
• Help us understand and meet your financial needs;
• Offer you products, services, and other financial opportunities;
• Administer records, accounts and funds;
• Help us design or improve our products and services; and
• Comply with certain laws and regulations.

How we protect information

We treat information in a confidential manner. Our employees are required to protect the confidentiality of information. We do not provide information to Third Parties (companies or persons who are not an affiliate of Butler Wick or its corporate family) without first verifying who they are and whether they may have legal access to the information. Employees may access information only when there is an appropriate reason to do so, such as to administer or offer our products or services. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information. Butler Wick is committed to work with you to correct promptly any inaccurate information. Violations of our policies regarding confidentiality and privacy may subject employees to disciplinary action.

Disclosure of account information

We do not disclose information about you to Third Parties except when:
(1) you request or authorize the disclosure,
(2) when the disclosure is permitted or required by law, or
(3) in order to:

• Enforce or apply the terms and conditions of an agreement that we
have with you.
• Service or process a financial transaction for you.
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Butler Wick, our customers,

or others.
• Enhance or enable services we provide for you, such as:

- Administration, customer assistance, and Internet management.
- Preparing, printing and delivering statements.
- Maintaining or developing software.
- Marketing our products and services.

• Meet our legal and corporate obligations.
• Comply with federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
• Comply with a properly-authorized civil, criminal, or regulatory

investigation, or a subpoena or summons.
• Respond to judicial processes or regulatory authorities having

examination or compliance jurisdiction over us.
• Maintain or service your account with us.

Third Parties which act on our behalf are contractually obligated to keep the information that we provide to them confidential, and use the information only to provide the services we have asked them to perform for you and us.

Certain information, such as fiduciary information collected by our Trust and Insurance affiliates, is subject to more restrictive information sharing limitations than other types of information. When more restrictive information sharing limitations apply to our client's nonpublic personal information, those limitations are followed.

Sharing of information

The Butler Wick family of companies and businesses works together to provide you with access to complete financial solutions within one organization. Sharing of certain types of information within Butler Wick and our corporate affiliates may sometimes be regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which limits information sharing to transaction and experience information. Sharing information increases your access to our products and services, allows us to match our products and services to your specific needs, and simplifies transaction flows. For example, if you have an account with one of our affiliate companies and want to open an account with another of our companies, we may share information about your accounts and transactions you have provided to us. This information sharing helps reduce the time you may spend filling out paperwork and answering questions.

Former customers
If you end your relationship with Butler Wick, we will continue to adhere to the information policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy, including any opt out elections which you may have made while our client.

Availability of privacy policy to customers
This Privacy Policy will be provided to a customer every time a new customer relationship is established and not less than annually thereafter during the continuation of such relationship. You can always review a copy of our policy here on our web site or contact us for a copy at 330-744-4351.

Change in privacy policy
We reserve the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide current customers with a revised notice that describes our new practices and will give them reasonable opportunity to opt out of the disclosure of information under the revised Privacy Policy.

Accurate Information
Procedures are in place to assure that the personal information of our customers is accurate, current, and complete. Keeping your account information accurate and up-to-date is very important. We provide you with access to your account information through various means such as personal contact, account statements and on-line access. If you ever find that your account information is incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please call or write us at the telephone number or address listed on your account statement, or other documentation. We will promptly update or correct any erroneous information. If you have questions, you may always contact us through our customer service areas, and we will investigate your inquiry or complaint.

Online privacy
Butler Wick uses technology that encrypts, or scrambles, information so it can transfer privately between you and Butler Wick's computer network. Additionally, your computer online account information is linked to you through the use of a unique Log-In I.D. and its associated password.

E-mail
If you agree to receive e-mail messages from Butler Wick, we will retain the information you provide to us to deliver e-mails of specific interest to you. If you choose to send us e-mail, we may retain the content of your e-mail message, your e-mail address, and our subsequent response. Please be careful about the information you provide to us by e-mail; as with any public web site, this channel of communication is not necessarily secure against interception.

Surveys
Occasionally, we may conduct on-line surveys of our customers. information obtained through on-line surveys is used solely for our internal marketing and research purposes.

Cookies
An on-line "cookie" allows us to determine that a visit has occurred to certain pages of our website. Cookies may be used to identify your computer in order to expedite or enhance the on-line experience.
