Butler Wick Trust Company is pleased to announce a new product, Portfolio Online, to our valued clients. This product replaces TrustWeb™, our current internet access tool and provides streamlined navigation, simplified “Next Step” links and expanded viewing options.
Portfolio Online, is designed to allow you quick, convenient and secure access to information about your Butler Wick Trust Company account via the World Wide Web.
- To use Portfolio Online you need the following:
- A minimum of 256 MB RAM on your computer
- Control Panel Display Settings to 1024 X 768 pixels
- Windows Explorer File Types must have XLS set to open in a new window (Tools, Folder Options, File Types)
- Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer
- Browser cache option set to “Every time”
- Browser Cookie options set on
- Adobe® Acrobat® 6.0 (or newer) SVG graphics viewer (http://www.adobe.com/svg/viewer/Install/)
